How to connect a Stalker portal
Some IPTV providers give a portal URL and a MAC address instead of a playlist. AREZTV connects to these Stalker and Ministra portals directly.
What you need
The MAC address is the one your provider has activated for you. Enter exactly that address.
- The portal URL from your provider
- The MAC address registered with your provider, in the form 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX
Connect on iPhone, iPad or Android
Open the Stalker screen
On first launch, choose Stalker Portal. If you already have a playlist, go to Settings and tap + Add New Provider.
Enter the portal and MAC address
Fill in Portal URL and MAC Address. A name is optional.
Test and save
Tap Test Connection, then Save and Continue.
Watch it on Apple TV
Once the portal is on your phone, open AREZTV on Apple TV and scan its QR code. The portal moves to the TV with your other playlists. Read the pairing guide.
If it does not connect
- Invalid MAC address format: the address must have six pairs of characters separated by colons, such as 00:1A:79:12:34:56.
- Connection failed: check the portal URL and ask your provider whether this MAC address is active.
AREZTV is a media player only. It does not include any channels or content. You need the playlist or login details from your own IPTV provider.
